One Trend I Could Get Used To

I’m really not one to follow the latest trend, but in this case, I’ll make an exception. Dino Rossi is trending up against Patty Murray in the Washington Senate race. The latest poll from Rasmussen shows him with a 3 point advantage.

A week ago, the candidates were in a virtual tie as they have been through much of the year, with Rossi earning 48% to Murray’s 47%.  Still, Murray’s support has fallen from a high earlier last month of 51%, while Rossi’s appears to be trending up slightly.

Added to that, a new poll from Fabrizio, McLaughlin and Associates, puts Rossi ahead by 6%. As Bryan Myrick explains, the more people get to know Patty Murray, the less they like her.
